Course description

Considers social behavior at the micro level, emphasizing the influence of society on the individual's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Topics such as the development of the self over the life course, the self in social interaction, and the role of attitudes and emotions in social interaction will be discussed. Prerequisites: SOC or PSYC 1000.
