Course description
Investigates the impact of chronic physical illnesses on diagnosed children and adults, their families, and society. Emphasizes effects of illnesses on psychological adaptation and quality of life. Should be of particular interest to helping professionals and health care workers. Prerequisites: PSYC 1000 and 2000 and Junior or Senior Standing.
