Course description
This foundational course is designed to give students of diverse backgrounds a common framework for understanding the nonprofit sector. It investigates the history and nature of the nonprofit sector, the diverse kinds of nonprofits in existence, the phenomenon of giving, and the legal framework for nonprofits in the US.
