Course description

Philosophy through, about, and in Metal music and other heavy music. Two questions drive this course. First, What is Metal?; second, can Metal or "being a metal head" be considered a Philosophy of Life? In considering these questions, we will consider a number of other aspects of Metal music and culture. Prerequisites: Three credits in philosophy.
