Course description
An advanced practice experience to develop skills as a medication expert within an inpatient internal medicine or family medicine experiential setting. Students will coordinate, collaborate, and communicate among themselves, their preceptor, and other members of the interprofessional healthcare team to provide patient- centered care. Prerequisite: grade of C or higher in PHCY 6351 and PHCY 6357.
