Course description
Coverage of state, federal and local laws and regulations which relate directly to the practice of pharmacy. The Wyoming Pharmacy Act serves as a model for analogous laws in other states. Case law at the federal and state levels affecting pharmacy practice is analyzed and discussed. Prerequisite: PH3 or consent of instructor.
