Course description
This 4-credit hour course provides an introduction to drug information and to socio-cultural, behavioral and administrative principles of pharmacy with a focus on pharmacist roles and their historical evolution, health disparities, health behavior theory and practice philosophy, and a survey of the U.S. health care system. Prerequisite: Enrollment in the Doctor of Pharmacy professional program
