Course description
The responsibility for safe and effective treatment of chronic pain is reviewed. The corollary responsibility for the prevention of opioid abuse is discussed. Regulatory compliance systems are developed to provide a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to deterring opioid use. Prerequisites: Professional and Graduate Students.
