Course description
This course will provide students with the fundamental concepts of data mining and machine learning methodologies and hands-on experience on applying cutting-edge tools and techniques to solve real-world challenges within the energy sector, such as optimizing energy production, forecasting demand, and enhancing operational efficiency. Prerequisites: PETE 4110 and PETE 4120 Dual Listed: EPE 5130.
