Course description
This asynchronous independent study course develops constructive dialogue skills for effective leadership. Students practice empathy, active listening, and collaboration to foster respectful, inclusive communication—even in conflict. The course prepares leaders to navigate complex situations and promote open, solution-focused dialogue in diverse organizational settings.
