Course description

In ORGL 4100: Organizational Change, students will develop an understanding of key organizational development (OD) principles necessary to lead successful teams through planned change. They will learn to apply key concepts related to organizational dynamics, change processes, and strategies to drive effective transformation and support organizational improvement.
