Course description
Learners will integrate prior knowledge to prepare for leadership in diverse healthcare settings. They will apply evidence-based practice, collaborate across disciplines, and demonstrate professionalism, advocacy, and reflective leadership—developing the knowledge, skills, and accountability needed to address contemporary challenges and deliver safe, patient-centered care. Prerequisites: FCSC 1140 OR FCSC 1141, MIC/MOLB 2021 or 2240, NURS 4650, 4665, 4635, 4640, 4645, 4675, 4835 & 4840 Can take concurrently with NURS 4845
