Course description
Focuses on the role of nurse leader and manager through integration of leadership, management, and organizational concepts, models, and theories. Emphasis is on leadership, followership, management, advocacy, professional development and activism, and managing resources. Prerequisites: NRBK (student attribute) and NURS 3006 with a C or better. Restricted to one of the following majors: PNRN, PNBS, NURN, NUBS
