Course description

This course encompasses the care of women, children, and their families across physiological, psychological, spiritual, developmental, and sociocultural dimensions. The focus is on women's health, obstetrical, and pediatric nursing care including health promotion and wellness specific to maternal and pediatric health. Prerequisites: NURS 3895 and completion or concurrent enrollment with NURS 4690, NURS 4693, & NURS 4695  OR NURS 4665 and completion or concurrent enrollment with NURS 4735, 4690, & 4771
