Course description

Learners examine public/community health nursing roles. Focuses on improving community health, levels of prevention and addresses multiple determinants of health. Core functions, essential services, history, and analysis of public healthcare systems will be studied. Prerequisite: NRBK (student attribute) and NURS 3006 with a C or better. Restricted to one of the following majors: PNRN, PNBS, NURN, NUBS
