Course description

Prepares students to be knowledgeable consumers of music and interdisciplinary information. Topics include the musicology research process, information ethics, and critical analyses and integration of information sources into writing. Information literacy principles and research techniques equip students for both graduate-level music research and the post-graduate, professional world. Prerequisite: graduate standing in music.
