Course description
This course explores links between organization and supply chain strategy, with a focus on strategic design and effective operation of supply chains to improve competitiveness, resilience and sustainability. It also examines impact of information technologies as well as Lean continuous improvement. Student teams will complete an experiential supply chain project. Prerequisites: DSCI 2100; junior standing
