Course description
Provides an overview of laws and legal issues associated with managing a business, incorporating aspects of sustainable business practices. Topics include agency and employment, business organizations, including securities laws and corporate governance standards, government regulation of businesses, including environmental/sustainability regulations, and an introduction to international law and global economy. Prerequisite: MGT 1040 or equivalent.
