Course description

In Human Resource Management the management of employee performance and compensation are key functions that drive organizational success. This course helps students become familiar with total compensation systems, including intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, base and variable pay, and benefits, and their relationship with employee performance and satisfaction. Prerequisite: MGT 3210, MGT 3410, and MGT 3420.
