Course description
A study of the formal systems used to manage people at work. Emphasis is on concepts and procedures of EEO, diversity, job analysis, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, performance evaluation, safety, employee services and fringe benefits. MGT 2100 or AGEC 4060, and junior class standing
