Course description
This course introduces concepts and methodologies of accounting focusing on the use of accounting information for internal decision-making purposes. The primary objective is to learn how cost-based and other financial information is used to make informed business decisions for strategic planning and control as well as performance evaluation of business decisions. Prerequisite: Admission to the MBAM program.
