Course description
Primarily for students in the College of Business. Includes the mathematics of finance; systems of linear equations and matrices; linear programming; sets, counting, and probability. Students will learn to use Excel spreadsheets to solve business application problems in a computer lab that meets one day per week. Prerequisite: grade of C or better in MATH 1400 or Level 4 on the Math Placement Exam or Math ACT of 26 or Math SAT of 620.
