Course description
Students identify their leadership potential and prepare to lead in a principle-based way. Students examine leadership through a variety of theories and examples, develop their own personal code of conduct and style, and learn to ethically influence others and organizations through application of their style and leadership skills. Prerequisites: sophomore standing.
