Course description
Field-based course that introduces students to skills used by professional geologists. Beginner and intermediate concepts in navigation, geological mapping, geological sampling, and remote camping will be covered. Students who complete this course will be fully prepared for GEOL 4717 Field Course in Geology. Prerequisite: GEOL 2010 AND GEOL 2100
