Course description
Examines food management concepts in regards to the service of safe food, modified menu development, and understanding of federal food regulations for food and nutrition labelling. Prerequisites: FCSC 1150; CHEM 1020; MOLB 2021; Junior Standing and FCSC majors and minors.
