Course description
Provides an overview of research and theory related to the processes of parent-child relationships across the lifespan. Emphasizes developmental and family theory and contexts that influence parent-child relationships. Introduces parent education as a method for applying parenting scholarship to professional practice. Prerequisite: PSYC 1000 or FCSC 2121 or EDST 2450.
