Course description
Focuses on the basic legal rules and principles governing the ownership and development of oil and gas, derived from a combination of property, contract, administrative, tort, and constitutional law. Prerequisite: WB/COM2 AND one of these 3 conditions: 1) ERS 2010 AND ERS 4110, OR 2) ERS 2010 AND ERS 4100, OR 3) ERS 4985 Seminar: Civil Law.

If you are an undergraduate or graduate student and cannot attend the first week of class, Zoom recordings of the lecture will be provided to you on the Canvas course shell.
