Course description
This course provides an overview of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The course focuses on the statutory, regulatory and agency specific requirements for implementing NEPA, judicial decisions concerning NEPA’s implementation, and how to effectively participate in the NEPA process by conducting document reviews and drafting NEPA comment letters. Prerequisite: Graduate class standing
