This course will examine the historical legacy, present issues, as well as the future of tribal policy related to natural and cultural resources. Water, sacred lands, wilderness, outdoor recreation, hunting and fishing, resource extraction, public health, wildlife, and grazing will be studied with a focus on practical, law-based perspectives
