Course description
Provides an introduction to the major works of the African American literary tradition. Covering a wide range of fiction, poetry, drama and autobiography, the course introduces students to some of the most exciting works of literature ever to appear in America. Cross listed with AMST 2350. Prerequisite: WA/COM1.
