Course description
Focuses on organizational leadership. Topics include: history of organizational leadership, leadership styles, change process, strategic planning, federal, state, and local governance as well as politics, power and policy, and school operations, to include budget, facilities, scheduling, recruitment, selection and induction. Prerequisite: Admission to program or consent of instructor.
