Course description
Introductory course in operations and supply chain management. Typical topics include operations and supply chain strategy, quality management, product/process innovation, lean systems, inventory management, manufacturing and service industry process structures, customer service management, supply management, logistics, demand planning, forecasting, project management, supply chain technology and sustainability. Prerequisites: IMGT 2400, ECON 1020, and sophomore class standing (non-College of Business majors: sophomore class standing).
