Course description

Examines the various components of the correctional complex from both theoretical and practical frameworks. Students are exposed to the abundance of research that informs current correctional practice and will be called upon to critically evaluate this research and its implications for correctional policy and practice. Prerequisites: CRMJ 1001, CRMJ 2400/SOC 2400, CRMJ 2210, and CRMJ 2685 or PSYC 2000.
