Course description

Introduces students to fundamental issues associated with the application of scientific methods to criminal justice problems. Students examine research designs involving ethnographic, archival, historical, and quantitative methods and how they relate to social science issues. Prerequisite: CRMJ 1001 or SOC 1000. Cross listed with SOC 2685.
