Course description

Continues the introduction to the methodology of programming from an object-oriented perspective. The course emphasizes basic software design, expands the students' knowledge of programming language syntax, expands the students' ability to think and design in an object-oriented paradigm. Introduces the students to UML, pseudocode, and simple planning for the design of software. Also introduces the students to templates and the C++ STL. Prerequisite: COSC 1010.
