Course description
The main objective of this course is to bridge the link between meteorology and hydrology from a hydrologist’s perspective. It is designed to familiarize students with topics related to water movements and distributions. Conceptualizations of the water balance/budget and movement are developed using principles from meteorology and physical hydrology. Expressions for the movement of water vapor and liquid water between the atmosphere, land-surface, and subsurface are introduced and discussed. Prerequisite: Graduate standing
