Course description
We use North American forests as a template to practice forensic reasoning – that is, to reach sound conclusions from incomplete observational evidence. Students gain familiarity with insects and pathogens; discuss ecological impacts of disturbance; and practice logical inference and analytical skills in a forest health context. Dual Listed: BOT 4785
