Course description
Develops the essential understanding, insights, and skills required to capture, analyze, and apply internal accounting data for optimal managerial decision-making. Additionally, the course introduces research in managerial accounting, covering topics such as organizational budgeting and employee motivation. Prerequisite: Admission to the MS in Accounting Program or MBA with Advanced Accounting Concentration Program or department approval.
