Course description
A study of the scope, activities, and responsibilities of professional auditors. Topics include assurance services by public accountants and the methods and techniques used to provide these services, with a focus on the audits of financial statements and internal controls performed by external auditors. Prerequisite: ACCT 3230 with a grade of C or better.
